Dr. S. Pirsada Sattar is a Board Certified Psychiatrist and licensed in the state of Nebraska and Iowa. Dr. Sattar serves as the Medical Director of Inroads to Recovery. He is the former director of the Addiction Psychiatry Residency Program at Creighton University. He specializes in the treatment of individuals suffering from both substance abuse and mental health disorders.

Dr. Sattar completed his training at Harvard Medical School and is Board Certified in General, Forensic, and Addiction Psychiatry. He is also a graduate of Michigan Psychoanalytic Institute. Dr. Sattar has authored and coauthored numerous journal articles and presented at the state, regional, and national level in the areas of addictions, psychopharmacology, and general psychiatry.

Dr. Sattar is a recipient of the Leadership in Reducing Substance Abuse Program fellowship from the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation. He has received funding from For-profit and Non-profit organizations as well as from the NIH/NIDA. He also received a federally funded 5-year research career development award.
